Machined from 6061 aluminum, built to last for as long as you train. It's double-sided and purpose-chosen: the 40 ml side is made for protein - two scoops for a full serving, one for a half - while the 10 ml side covers everything else, from around 5 g of creatine (the standard recommended dose for most brands) to pre-workout, BCAAs and EAAs at one or two scoops depending on the product.
I thought through every detail. There's nothing to clip on, nothing to lose, and nothing to store separately. The long handle keeps your hand out of the powder, so no more sticky fingers. How much protein does the 40ml side hold?
For most protein powders, two scoops make a full serving and one scoop is a half serving. If you are not sure, please check my calculator. Put in your brand and kind of protein and find out how many scoops you need for one serving!
Is the 10ml side really 5 grams of creatine?
For most creatine monohydrate products, 10 ml is roughly 5 g; the standard recommended daily dose. Density varies slightly by brand, so check your tub if you need to be exact or use my calculator!
Why not adjustable or interchangeable scoops?
Because that's another thing to lose, clip on, and store. The Mark is one solid piece on purpose, grab it, scoop, done. No detachable parts, no accessories, no fuss.
What is it made of?
Anodised aluminium. It feels premium in the hand, rinses clean easily, and is built to last for years. The anodisation creates a hard, protective layer that resists scratches and corrosion.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
I recommend hand washing only to protect the anodised finish. Warm water and mild soap is all it needs and dry after use. Dishwasher detergent is abrasive and will damage the surface over time
Will it work with my supplement brand?
Yes, that's the whole point. The fixed sizes give you a consistent dose regardless of the scoop that came in the tub. Check my calculator to find out how many scoops you need for you particular brand and/or supplement!
Why is it called The Mark?
The name carries four layers. A mark is a measure - a fixed point you can rely on. Hitting the mark is precision - exactly the right dose. A hallmarkis stamped into metal to certify quality. And the founder's name is Marc. It's personal.
